Digital Products (Printables & Downloads)

Because all of our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.

Once your purchase is complete, your files are available for immediate download, which means we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital or printable products.

We do our best to provide clear descriptions, previews, and details for every product so you know exactly what you’re getting. We encourage you to take a moment to review everything before purchasing to make sure it’s the right fit for your family.

If you have questions beforehand, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help you decide.

Exceptions

Of course, we'll always offer support if:

• A product was purchased more than once by accident

• You’re unable to access or download your files due to a technical issue on our end

If something doesn’t seem right, please reach out within 7 days of your purchase so we can take a look and make it right where possible.
