Digital Products (Printables & Downloads)

Most of our products are digital and designed for instant access.

After completing your purchase, your files will be delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout. If you are an educator, we highly encourage you to use a personal email address as school and government email addresses are often blocked from email service providers. You’ll receive an email with a link to download your materials right away—no waiting required!

If you don’t see your email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder just in case.

Pebble’s Post (Physical Letter Subscription)

Pebble’s Post is our special snail-mail experience—something fun to look forward to in your mailbox!

Shipping Schedule

Letters are shipped every other week on Tuesdays.

Shipping Method

All letters are sent via USPS First Class Mail.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email each time your letter ships so you can follow its journey to your mailbox.

Delivery Timing

Once shipped, letters typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and USPS delivery times.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
